The song is out now on all digital streaming platforms, while its lyrics video has been uploaded on Star Music's official YouTube page.
"Surprise! Eto na yung inaabangan niyong lapag, Mikanisms, Famanalo, and Menties! Mika Salamanca AND Brent Manalo's duet single "What If Tayo?" is OUT NOW on all digital streaming platforms!" Star Music captioned its post.
Just weeks ago, Manalo and Salamanca surprised viewers of "It's Showtime" when they opened the program with a duet performance.

Salamanca also revealed that she is set to release her upcoming album. This, after her old covers that went viral.

Salamanca and Manalo made history early July as first duo winners of "PBB Celebrity Collab Edition," the historic collaboration between the ABS-CBN and GMA. They won the hit reality show after garnering the highest votes with 33.03% of the total combined votes, winning the grand prize of ₱1 million each.
Just recently, Salamanca also made headlines as she released her own children's book.

Meanwhile, Manalo is one of the stars of "The Four Bad Boys and Me," which is available on ABS-CBN Entertainment YouTube Channel.
