MANILA -- Kapamilya act BGYO headed to Thailand on Thursday to turn up the heat in Bangkok as they join global stars at the Summer Sonic Bangkok music festival.
Among the productions anticipated in their set is the stage debut of “Headlines,” which dropped Thursday evening. The group had teased the track’s chorus earlier this week.
“You will see who BGYO is now,” member Nate said.
“Abangan sa lahat ng streaming platforms,” Gelo added.
The aces pf pop are part of star-studded lineup of the two-day festival, which includes Alicia Keys, the Black Eyed Peas and Camila Cabello.
After Summer Sonic, the group will head to the United Kingdom for ASAP in England.
“Ma-meet namin Filipinos nandoon. In a way ma-sense of home sa kanila,” Akira said.
“Excited kami to perform with other Kapamilya artists,” Mikki added.
The group is also looking forward to getting to know the aces in the special event they set up.
“May meet and greet din kami ma-meet namin Aces and Kapamilya,” JL said.
The group is also gearing up for the release of its new EP and a solo concert at the New Frontier Theater in October.
