Television host Bianca Gonzalez took to social media to pen a heartfelt message as she bid the Pinoy Big Brother house goodbye.
According to a report by MJ Felipe of ABS-CBN News, PBB will be moving to a new house.
On her Instagram page, Bianca wrote: "GOODBYE BB HOUSE 🥺 To the home where hundreds of lives were changed for good, we are forever grateful."
Fans online were quick to react to Bianca's post.
"Sana 'yung lilipatan na bahay have the same facade noh, sobrang iconic," one fan wrote.
In a recent episode of Bianca Gonzalez’s podcast Paano Ba ’To, Pinoy Big Brother Business Unit Head Marcus Vinuya revealed at that time that the team behind the long-running reality show was already exploring to move into a new house.
"There are definitely plans to move. But it's something na we are still exploring, we are still studying, but again, it might be sooner than you think," he disclosed. "That would be a very nostalgic moment for us if it happens na parang this is really the last season (PBB: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0) in this house."
He noted that while the move is inevitable, a new house could bring fresh energy to the show.
"Definitely it will happen. It will come to a point that we need to find a new house. But it's also something [that is] sad but at the same time, I think I am excited for it na mabago kasi nga minsan kapag ganito, feeling mo nakaka-add din siya sa preparation sa mga taong pupunta eh kasi familiar sila sa space. But what if it's really a new one?" he stated.
Bianca Gonzalez recalls journey as PBB housemate 20 years ago: 'It changed my life for good'
Before hosting PBB, Bianca became a housemate of Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Edition 1 when she became the season's 3rd placer.
Back in February, Bianca took to social media to look back on her journey as a housemate of the show two decades ago.
"20 years ago ON THIS DAY.... I did the most out-of-my-comfort-zone thing that a shy, private, introvert like me could do. And it changed my life for good," Bianca remarked.
She added: "Forever grateful to Kuya and to my @pbbabscbntv family, to Tito Boy (Abunda) who coerced (!!!) me to be a housemate, to @direklauren and our ABS-CBN bosses who saw something in me!"
