MANILA -- "The Gen-Z Total Performer" actress-singer Alexa Ilacad finally won a round in the brand new season of "Your Face Sounds Familiar" (YFSF).
On Sunday, Ilacad was named as the winner of the fourth round of "YFSF" after earning praises from judges and her fellow celebrity performers who enjoyed her performance as American singer Britney Spears.
"Thank you po na para bang nanalo sa lotto ang pakiramdam. Thank you so much. Maraming salamat sa jurors, thank you so much. To my classmates, my ka-Familiars, everyone, thank you so much," said Ilacad, who also won P50,000.
Last week, Ilacad received a standing ovation from the jurors as she transformed into Britney Spears with "I'm a Slave 4 U," complete with her performing with a huge snake.
"That was so intense, on point. Wala na kaming masabi perfect ang galing," Alcasid said.
"Alexa, grabe! Perfect. Napakagaling mo. Alam mo, Alexa, habang tumatagal lalo ka pang humuhusay gumagaling. Kanina paglabas mo pa lang ng iconator nakita ko Britney Spears na, noong kumanta ka pa, pati boses nakuha mo 'yung sa mentoring natin, talagang inaral mo. Ang galing mo voice, stage presence, looks, cleavage, ahas sa leeg, talagang lahat 'yon nakuha mo. Wala akong masabi ang galing-galing mo," de Guzman said.
"That was Britney Spears. Sa history ng 'Your Face Sounds Familiar' simula season 1 hanggang ngayon may mga performances 'yung matantandaam mo talaga, 'yung ipinagmamalaki ng YFSF family na nagmamarka talaga, kumbaga ito 'yung pambato namin -- isa ito doon," Volante said.
"Every week pagaling ka nang pagaling. Alexa, this was effortless, it was flawless, it was so parang wala lang. Parang si Britney, 'yung parang matagal mo nang ginagawa. Tapos kamukha pa, the attitude, the presence, 'yung stance it was so Britney, congratulations," Cuneta said.
Ilacad won the fourth round after receiving a total score of 36 from the jurors and his fellow celebrity performers.
Jason Dy, who also transformed as Britney Spears for the program's newest twist "Battle of One Icon," was the second highest scorer with 21 points, followed by Jarlo Base with 15 points.
Next week, BGYO's Akira Morishita will transform as Tom Jones, Reina Hispano-Americana 2025 Dia Mate will be Michelle Dee, rising singer-songwriter Jarlo Base will be Chris Martin, and Jason Dy as Martin Nievera.
Comedienne Rufa Mae Quinto will be Jess and the "Tawag ng Tanghalan Duets" champion JM and Marielle will transform as Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Granda.
Ilacad will transform as OPM's Divine Diva Zsa Zsa Padilla.
Last week, "Your Face Sounds Familiar" family expressed its support to Pepe Herrera, who decided to exit the show to prioritize his mental health.
