Just a day after its premiere, The Delivery Rider soared to the top spot on Netflix Philippines, captivating viewers with its gripping story and powerful portrayal of a highly functional person on the autism spectrum. The film’s swift rise to number one marked a triumphant moment for its lead star, Baron Geisler, and the entire production team, whose hard work and dedication quickly resonated with viewers.
As the film reached this milestone, Baron shared a deeply emotional message on social media. In the post, he expressed his overwhelming gratitude and joy, admitting he could not put into words the happiness filling his heart.
“Tears of joy are flowing while I’m writing this message. Hindi ko po maipaliwanag yung saya at pasasalamat sa puso ko ngayon. Nangingilabot ako sa tuwa. Number one na po tayo sa Netflix ang #thedeliveryrider! 💯♥️,” he proudly shared.
He credited his faith as the foundation of his success, saying: “To my Lord and Savior, Jesus, Abba, Father!! all glory, honor, and praise belong to You. I will continue to stay true, focused, disciplined, and dedicated to You, Lord. You are my strength, my purpose, and my peace. 🙌🏽“
Baron also extended heartfelt appreciation to his colleagues and the team behind the film — director Lester Pimentel Ong, production house Studio Three Sixty PH, and the Action360 stunt team — for their dedication and passion throughout the production.
“Hindi nasayang ang sweat, blood, and tears natin,” he said, acknowledging the collective effort that made the project possible. He also thanked all those who watched and supported the newest drama-thriller film.
Recognizing the real-life heroes who inspired the story, he wrote: “At para sa lahat po ng #AUsome parents, sa mga #riders, at sa lahat ng lumalaban sa buhay para sa atin po ito!🚀”

Baron also did not forget to credit his wife, Jamie Marie, whom he fondly referred to as his lucky charm. “P.S. Salamat din sa asawa kong si Jamie Marie my lucky charm! Naks!! Hahahah.”
Before the film's release, Baron shared with his fans that Jamie joined as part of the film's cast. As they come together for this unforgettable milestone, Baron added: “Sabi nga nila behind every great man is a woman who secretly claimed the lead role!! lol 😂 Kaya ayan lumabas ka na sa pelikula love. Para sa’yo rin to… at sa mga fans mo! ✌🏼😆 ♥️“
He ended his message by emphasizing that The Delivery Rider is more than a film. “Pero this movie is more than a film, it’s a story of hope, redemption, and God’s grace. Sa Diyos ang lahat ng papuri. To God be the glory forever,” he said.
As Geisler’s message spread online, fellow actors and fans flooded the comments section with congratulatory words, celebrating both the film’s achievement and the actor’s emotional reflection.

On January 2025, Baron also topped Netflix Philippines with the TV series Incognito, where he played the role of Dr. Migs/Jaguar – a sniper-doctor who was dishonorably discharged from the military due to alcoholism.
