Joshua Garcia admitted he’s unsure if he’s ever been cheated on.
In an interview with Bianca Gonzalez on The B Side, Joshua jokingly said that maybe other people might know the answer better than he does.
“Maybe. I don’t know. Baka sila alam nila,” he said.
Bianca expressed surprise that the actor did not use his “pass” during the segment, where he was allowed to skip one question: “Hindi niya ginamit yung pass niya ha in fairness”
Meanwhile, Joshua also answered a series of other burning questions on the talk show, including a rumor about himself that he thinks could possibly be true.
“(Yung rumor) na tamad ako… May mga araw na parang, ah, pagod din. Nakaka-burnout din especially sa work namin. I mean, parang emotionally, physically drained ka eh. So, mentally drained ka pa. So, nakakapagod din,” he expressed.
The premier leading man also commented on why people tend to associate him with online personalities.
“Hindi ko rin alam. Kasi yung mga tao naman ‘yung gumagawa nun eh ‘di ba? Kasi, siguro dahil nga nasa culture tayo na ganun. Tapos parang, makita lang nila ng nag-comment, something like that. And then gagawan na nila, (sasabihin na) ‘Ah, bagay kayo, bagay kayo.’ Alam mo naman, parang nasa kultura na rin natin ‘yun. Ipupush mo ‘yung manok mo, ah, (sasabihin) mukhang gwapo yan. ‘Di ba?” he explained.
He also shared the biggest lesson he has learned when it comes to love.
“Kailangan magiging pasensyoso. Kailangan mong matutunan na maghintay. Hindi mo mamadaliin. Kahit sa buhay, hindi lang siya about love. Sa buhay din, kailangan mahaba ‘yung pasensya mo,” Joshua shared.
On the career side, he also shared whether he has ever regretted not accepting a project.
“Wala naman. Kasi parang lahat ng project ko tinatanggap. Parang never pa ako nag-no sa isang project. Parang lahat tinanggap ko. Parang meant siya na gawin ko. Parang ganun ko siya tinitingnan eh. So kapag nakahain sa akin, I'll grab that opportunity,” he explained.
As he continues to take on new roles, Joshua is now seen in a brand-new character as Mateo or simply Teo in Love Is Never Gone with Ivana Alawi, available now on Prime Video.
