Kapamilya actor Jake Cuenca is making things more official with former Miss Universe Philippines titleholder and actress Rabiya Mateo as he publicly expressed support for her newest milestone.
On his Instagram account, Jake shared a carousel of photos from their recent trip to Hong Kong Disneyland.
“When you’re on the right frequency of happiness, that’s when dreams begin to find you. ✨,” Jake first wrote.
In the photos, Rabiya could be seen happily piggybacking on Jake as the two smiled together in front of the iconic Disney castle.
Jake also congratulated Rabiya after she was accepted into the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery for the upcoming academic year.
“I’m so proud of the incredible woman that you are @rabiyamateo . Congratulations on getting into UST FMS, on top of all the milestones you’ve already accomplished. Your future patients are lucky already,” Jake added before calling her “Future Dra. Rabiya Mateo” along with a red heart emoji.
Rabiya later responded with a sweet message of her own, saying: “I can’t wait to learn more, so I can become a better doctor and an even better partner to you. ❤️🔥.”
Earlier this week, Rabiya also shared snaps from their Hong Kong trip while announcing her acceptance into medical school. “Few more gala before medschool ❤️ @juancarloscuenca thank you for this trip,” she said.
In the comments section, Jake replied: “The best day ever! Congratulations im so proud of the incredible woman that you are. 🥹❤️🔥.”
Rabiya also thanked Jake for supporting her dreams, saying, “@juancarloscuenca Thank you for being supportive of my dreams. Im so proud of you too.”
In his Instagram Story, Jake shared how excited he is for Rabiya’s new journey, captioning: “Congratulations @rabiyamateo for making your dreams come true today and making it to UST FMS! She’s going to be a doctor!!! I’m so proud of you!”

Dating rumors between the two first surfaced in March after they were spotted together during a public outing in Taguig. They were later seen attending the birthday party of child actress Sienna Stevens.
The following month, Jake confirmed that he and Rabiya were exclusively dating through a message sent to Loi Villarama during Ogie Diaz’s YouTube vlog.
“Hi, Mama Loi, yes, it’s true. It’s safe to say that she makes me happy and we’re exclusively dating at the moment," Loi read the message.
The couple also appeared together as presenters during the Miss Universe Philippines 2026 finale heldlast May 2.
