Actress and social media personality Toni Fowler shared that she has forgiven makeup artist and content creator Hajie Alejandro. During the recent podcast episode of Think Talk Tea where the two were invited, the celebrity mom expressed why she felt that way in the past and how she wanted to protect her daughter, Tyronia.
Toni and Hajie were previously caught up in an issue in the past where the latter faced criticism from the former’s fans. He previously shared how their fight stemmed from a misunderstanding caused by an unnamed individual who was previously part of Toro Fam as revealed by the actress.
For Toni, she explained how she was doing everything to protect her daughter, whom she believed was being mocked.
“Unless magkaroon kayo ng anak, tapos mapagdaanan mo din yung pinagdaanan ko at ayaw mangyari yung sa anak mo, talagang magiging ganun ka,” Toni asserted.
Despite this, she maintained that she had long forgiven Hajie even before they began working together again as endorsers of a new skincare product. She expressed that she had seen the makeup artist's interview in the past and that he had been misinterpreted.
“Bago pa mangyari ang lahat ng ito, I know my heart–– napatawad ko talaga si Hajie. Sobra, sobra talaga. Kasi kahit yung nag interview siya at na misinterpret siya ng ibang mga tao, sinabi ko din yun dito na alam mo na pag lalaki hindi masyadong detailed sa terms,” she shared.
Toni added how she wanted to explain her side to Hajie and empathize with him as she knows how being bashed feels like.

“Alam ko gaano kahirap yun kaya parang may feeling ako na gusto ko talaga mag explain sa'yo. Tumatanda na ako, hindi lahat ng tao pinipilian ko para mag explain. I really want to explain my side na nasaktan lang talaga ako bilang nanay. Alam ko naman na hindi mo talaga siya intention at walang kinalaman si Lenie (Aycardo, Hajie's wife). Doon talaga ako sa part na pasensya na part ako nung unang trauma mo sa nangyari,” she maintained .
The actress-social media personality is hopeful that they will have a better friendship as they have cleared the misunderstanding they had in the past.
“Ang akin lang sana, hindi ka matakot sa akin kasi kung may mga makikilala ka na totoong tao sa social media, ako talaga. At least ito yun–– nakikita mo yun kesa na nakangiti ako sayo,” she continued.
As Hajie accepted the apology, he also shared how apologetic he is for Toni’s daughter, who had to go through the issue as well. He maintained how it wasn’t his intention to hurt her feelings as it was all a misunderstanding.
“Gusto ko rin mag sorry kay Tyronia kung nanonood siya–– wala talaga akong intention na ganun at hindi ka ganun. Hindi ganun ang tingin ko sa’yo—to be clear wala akong ganung iniisip,” Hajie clarified.
