Vice Ganda is set to make his much-awaited return to It's Showtime, delighting fans after being on leave for several weeks.
The Unkabogable Star had been noticeably absent from the noontime show since late March, prompting viewers to flood social media with messages expressing how much they missed his presence on the show.
In a burst of excitement, Vice confirmed the news through Instagram Stories on April 17, sharing that he will be back on stage starting Saturday, April 18. Known for his humor and iconic characters, Vice teased his return in a way that instantly thrilled fans.
“Goodness Gracious!” Vice began, referencing his iconic line in the 2013 smash film Girl, Boy, Bakla, Tomboy which gained traction online early this month.
“Papasok na ko. Oh my god, I cannot take this anymore! No Way!” Vice said using her “Girly” character voice.
The announcement quickly thrilled fans, with the official Facebook page of It’s Showtime amplifying the excitement among viewers.
“GOODNESS GRACIOUS!!!! PAPASOK NA SI GIRLIEEEEE!!!,” the post read.
Fans wasted no time in celebrating the news, flooding the comments section with messages of anticipation and joy.
“Yay, I'm going to watch it tomorrow, meme is coming in ♥️,” one wrote.

During her time away from the show, Vice focused on rest and meaningful moments with loved ones, especially as he marked his 50th birthday on March 31 in Amanpulo in Palawan.
The celebration was both intimate and festive, beginning with a “salubong” surrounded by close friends and family, including husband Ion Perez. The Unkabogable Star later led a joyful gathering with fellow friend MC, Lassy, Petite, Negi, Divine Tetay, Tonton, among others, making the occasion even more memorable.

“Sinasagip mo ko palagi. Mahal na mahal kita! @pereziion27,” Vice wrote.
In another post, Vice went all out in posing for photos on the seashore, in a light blue dress.
