MANILA — Kim Molina said she came up with the idea of having a playful introduction during her and husband Jerald Napoles’ wedding reception in Bohol last March 1.

The moment, which went viral, included Alden Richards, Gerald Anderson, and Kim Atienza.

“Ayaw kasi namin yung boring na program. Gusto namin gawin natin yung mga ganyan. Tapos deretso nang afterparty, kasi birthday ni Jerald din the next day.  Parang ayoko pumasok ng normal.  mahihiya akong pumasok and kailangan smile-smile for the SDE. Ayoko lang ng ganun,” Molina said during the press conference for the couple’s upcoming film “Wonderful Nightmare.”

Gusto lang namin yung fun yung wedding,” she added.

The newlyweds explained the skit initially was only suppose to be with Richards.

During the actress’ Bbidal party, however, her bridesmaid Yumi Lacsamana suggested including Atienza as well.

“Sabi niya ‘isama niyo kaya si Kuya Kim? Nakakatawa yun.’ Oo nga no? Sobrang game sila,” she recalled.

The couple said they were grateful the three were supportive of the gimmick and were even very eager to take part.

In fact, Molina revealed it was only her first time meeting Anderson.

“Game na game. Sabi niya is it OK? So sabi niya gawin ko pang action star— bam,” she described.

Molina joked they were very into the skit it could pass as a look test.

“Pasok kami ni Alden. Sabi ko pa tweetums tayo.  Tinodo ni Alden. So, syempre. Malay niyo. Malay niyo, look test yun. Malay mo na mga, yun yung possibility.  Kasi nag-hiwalay din kami ng movies. Pwede Kimden, Alkim,” she said in jest.

Napoles shared Atienza saw their enthusiasm and likewise wanted to put on a show.

“Bigla lang si Kuya Ninong, eh. Bigla lang siyang sinabihan niya. Tapos, nakita niyang si Ge, into it, in character. Sabi ni Kuya Kim sa akin, oh, maghalikan tayo,” he recalled.

“Sabi ko ano mag-kiss tayo? Hindi, kunware lang. Ah, linawin mo.

“Wonderful Nightmare” will be shown cinemas on April 4.
