MANILA — Angel Locsin thanked late Saturday supporters after her stepson, Joaquin Arce, was saved from eviction on "Pinoy Big Brother."
The "Darna" actress took to social media to share clips of her husband and Joaquin’s father, producer Neil Arce, attending the live eviction night at the "PBB" house in Quezon City.
The video also featured Joaquin's supporters who were present at the event.
When voting closed, Neil appeared visibly nervous but was relieved when it was revealed that Joaquin remained safe for the week and would continue his journey.
"Maraming salamat sa lahat ng bumoto at pumunta para kay Joaquin," Locsin wrote in the caption of her post, which has since received 3.9 million views on Facebook and around 120,000 engagements.
In the end, ABS-CBN's Eliza Borromeo and GMA's Sofia Pablo received the fewest votes, leading to their eviction from the "Big Brother" house.
Joaquin is among the housemates of the ongoing "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0," which features an ensemble of teen celebrities from ABS-CBN's Star Magic and GMA's Sparkle.
