Michael Pacquiao, the second son of boxing legend Manny Pacquiao and Jinkee Pacquiao, found himself back in the spotlight after netizens noticed what appeared to be alleged changes in his nose in recent photos circulating online.
The discussion began after an Instagram user shared snapshots on January 13 during Jinkee’s birthday celebration. The post showed the uploader posing with Michael and his parents. The photos, which included both front and side angles of Michael, quickly caught the attention of netizens.

Soon after, the comments section filled with reactions focusing largely on Michael’s appearance, particularly his nose. Online responses were mixed, with many speculating that he may have undergone a nose enhancement. Some defended his right to make personal choices, while others expressed different personal opinions about his appearance.
“Nag nose job pala si Michael.. Sobrang gwapo at bagay kaayo ang ilong❤️❤️❤️,” one netizen wrote.

Fans also pointed out changes in Michael’s look after he updated his profile picture on his social media accounts. In the image, Michael posed closely in a side view that further highlighted his facial features, drawing even more attention to his looks.

Several netizens came to Michael’s defense, reminding others that personal decisions should not be judged. A few questioned whether the person in the photos and videos was indeed Michael or it may be made with artificial intelligence (AI), though other users were quick to insist that it was him.
The renewed focus on Michael’s appearance comes shortly after he was also linked to another round of online discussions earlier this week, when rumors about the age gap between him and his girlfriend, Joyce Tan Custodio, resurfaced. Joyce later addressed the issue on Facebook, responding to the criticisms and misinformation being spread online.
“Fyi this is for everyone: My followers & Non Followers- Guys sa mga nakaka panuod ng reels/chicka videos ang cute niyo mas affected pa kayo sa'kin sa nababasa/napapanuod niyo na minsan halos maling information na nalabas sa news,” Joyce said in her statement.

She urged netizens to stay calm and avoid spreading hate, emphasizing that many of those reacting does not personally know her. “Relax lang wag po makipag away sa mga ka-comment niyo, don't put any hate in your heart whatever you read or hear bcoz' of me🙏🏽 Life goes on and Deadmah na hindi naman nila ako kilala personally,” she added.
Joyce also reassured supporters that she and Michael are already used to such situations, ending with a light reminder, “P.s. Don't worry sanay na kame, magpayaman nalang kayo kesa mag-away-away kayo sa comment section🤭🙏🏽”
