Ben&Ben's Miguel Benjamin Guico pulled a playful prank on his twin brother Paolo Benjamin Guico during the latter's photoshoot on his wedding day.
Paolo tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend Rachel Arcilla on Thursday, January 15.
The prank took place during the couple's "first look," a pre-wedding tradition where partners see each other for the first time in their wedding attire.
In a behind-the-scenes clip shared by Mayad.Real on Instagram, Paolo stood facing forward with his back turned for the "first look." Believing his bride was standing behind him, he smiled as he felt arms wrap around him. Without him realizing it, it was actually Miguel who stepped in to prank his twin.
"When you are ready for the first look, only for your bride to prank you with your twin," Mayad.Real wrote. "Not the bride you were expecting [Paolo]."
Fans online were quick to react to the light-hearted moment.
"Hahaha ang cuteee😍❤️," one fan commented.
On his Instagram Stories on his wedding day, Paolo also posted a snapshot of himself and Rachel with Fr. Tito Caluag. "Biggest day of our lives. 1.15.26," he wrote.
Prior to their wedding, a pre-nuptial video of the couple filmed in Japan was also shared by Mayad Studios.
"Across time, distance, and seasons, Paolo and Rachel chose the same ending. Every tomorrow, with you," the studio wrote.
The video featured Paolo and Rachel exploring different spots in Japan together.
It was in January 2025 when Paolo announced his engagement to Rachel.
"Tomorrow with you my dear. Thank [you] for saying yes 🥰," Paolo posted on Instagram at that time.
Back in December 2024, Paolo penned an anniversary message for Rachel, whom he called his source of strength.
"Happy third anniversary dear!! This year has brought so much growth within us, and through the toughest of tests, you’ve been my teammate, my inspiration and my source of strength," Paolo said.
He went on: "Thank you for reaching my deepest layers, and loving me for who I am. I wanna face tomorrow with you, as it comes 🤍 @mariaarachel."
