Rosé opened up about her journey in 2025, describing is as a year full of ups and downs.
"Lots of smiles shared, and lots of tears only my friends got to see. This year was full of surprises, laughter, celebrations, love and loss — and everything in between," she revealed in an Instagram post.
Rosé remarked that she feels a sense of fulfillment in persevering through the challenges the year presented. "At this years end, I take it all in with a bit of pride and some gratitude. I am grateful for pushing through the year, and not changing. All the highs and the lows, I walk out with just so many lessons learned — but still remain ME. 🥰 See you all next year for another year of fun and tears," she stated.
The "APT." hitmaker also thanked her fans for their constant support throughout her journey in 2025. "And I love you number ones from the bottom of my heart!! I can’t wait for another adventurous year with you lot. Thank you for all the love you’ve given me. I cannot comprehend all that has happened, and 28 is a year of my life that I will NEVER.. I tell you — I will never ever forget," she stated.
She concluded her post, saying: "I honestly have been feeling so much at the end of this year, I wasn’t going to write a long thing. But f**k it — here’s the long thing. This year really fricken deserves one. I love you all and I hope you’re having happy happy holidays. And if not, that’s fine too. I just send you all some of my love. Here’s to 2025."
In December 2025, Rosé earned her first Grammy nominations for her hit track "APT."
In an interview with Billboard, Rosé shared that the nomination was something she never expected, adding that she is especially grateful that a song deeply rooted in her culture is being recognized.
"Never in a million years would I have thought that this would happen to be nominated for a Grammy. But I think most importantly, I feel like the song that is being celebrated and being nominated for the Grammy contains so much of my culture in it," she remarked.
Rosé added that the recognition reaffirmed her belief in the power of cultural representation and inclusivity. "It proves to me also that culture is loved. Different cultures are being accepted, regardless of ages, different backgrounds and cultures, everyone has been enjoying it so much and I've been watching that, and it's really just really blown my mind away. And so it means so much to myself, my younger self who grew up feeling like that would not be a possibility," she stated.
The singer has made history at the Grammys after becoming the first K-Pop soloist to be nominated for the six general field categories.
The singer-songwriter received nominations for Song of the Year and Record of the Year for the track "APT." She also bagged a nomination for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for the track which she collaborated with Bruno Mars.
