On social media, Robi expressed his gratitude after being named Best Male TV Host by PMPC and Male Host of the Year by the Guillermo Mendoza Foundation.

Robi also gave a shout out to his loved ones who gave him support and strength on his career: “To my family, who have supported me through every late night and early call time, and to my wife, who has been my rock, my peace, and my constant reminder of why I do what I do… this feat wouldn’t be possible without you.”

Robi then credited his mentors and industry idols for shaping his journey

“And to all the people I’ve looked up to and have the privilege to work with constantly… my mentors, idols, legends in the industry, you’ve been my guiding light. Thank you for paving the way and setting the standard,” he continued.

“I am… Grateful. Humbled. Inspired. 🙏🏻”

Celebrity friends and colleagues such as Enchong Dee, Alexa Ilacad, Martin Nievera, Gabbi Garcia, Gela Atayde, Ai Dela Cruz, Erik Santos, and Pops Fernandez were among those who congratulated him in the comment section.

Robi just recently renewed his contract with ABS-CBN as he marked his 17th year in the entertainment industry.
