Jameson Blake has always exuded confidence, whether it’s through the mature roles he plays or the daring photoshoots he does for brand campaigns.
In an exclusive interview with PUSH ABS-CBN, Jameson candidly shared how he feels about the buzz surrounding his recent sexy photos.

“Siyempre. compliment din siya para sa akin. If they give me comments like that, it boosts my confidence in myself and it'll just help me to keep going and continue my journey and try to improve my body and my craft,” he expressed.
He also shared how he maintains his sexy physique through consistency and discipline.
“As much as possible, I try to get as much sleep as I can. Recently, it's been getting better and every time I have a free day, I just work out just to keep the consistency. It really helps me overall — mentally, physically. And also, try to eat better also. Parang ganun. And well, just don't take everything too seriously, you know. I mean, take it day by day and enjoy lang. Stay happy,” Jameson said.
Aside from his physical appeal, Jameson has also explored bold and daring themes through the roles he plays — especially in his portrayals of antagonistic characters.
“I enjoy it. Kasi it's out of the box and most of the time, yung story ay iikot sa kontrabida. And not only that, it's just different, you know. Sometimes it's fun to play someone that you're not or completely different from you. So if I'm a chill person in real life and I have a project na sobrang opposite, I would say it's fun kasi, I don't know, it's fun to play with emotions kahit di man talagang seryoso. Pero of course, to your job it is. Pero it's not what I'm really feeling in real life and it's just nice to explore those emotions,” he said.
Despite having bagged a Best Supporting Actor award in 2016, he humbly admitted that he’s still not always fully confident in what he brings to the table.
“I'm ready naman pero siguro I'm not super confident with what I'm giving sometimes. I can do more with my physicality and my performances siguro,” he admitted.
Jameson also expressed his openness to explore edgier and more challenging characters in the future.
“I'm already in that stage na I'm willing to try out scenes like that, characters na more edgy. Siguro I'm just leaning towards that path kasi feeling ko I'll last longer here in showbiz,” he said.
Jameson was last seen on the big screen in the comedy film Flower Girl, and remains a mainstay on the longest-running variety show ASAP every Sunday.
