Former Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition housemates Bianca De Vera and Will Ashley — popularly known as the “WillCa” or “WillBi” tandem— are still feeling overwhelmed after their memorable stint inside Kuya’s house.
In an exclusive interview with PUSH ABS-CBN, the duo reflected on their emotional journey and what they’ve missed most since the season ended.
“Honestly nakaka-sepanx po ‘yung bahay. Kanina pinaguusapan I was just thinking about it. Sabi ko, ‘Gusto ko bumalik inside the house‘. Nakakamiss ‘yung peace, ‘yung serenity and ‘yung security na dinadala ng Bahay ni Kuya,” Bianca shared. “Namimiss din po namin si Kuya.”
Will echoed Bianca’s sentiments, sharing, “Ako rin po sobrang sepanx talaga kasi parang apat na buwan kami nandoon sa loob ng Bahay ni Kuya and kami-kami lang iyong nagkakakitaan. Kumbaga ‘yung relationship po na nabuild namin sobrang deep na rin po talaga to the point na kahit tahimik kami, naiintindihan namin ang isa't isa.”
Will recently wrapped up his PBB journey as the Second Big Placer alongside his final duo partner, Ralph De Leon. Despite the adjustment to life outside, the warm welcome from fans has helped ease the transition.
The tandem recently attended a heartfelt fundraising event organized by their fans in honor of Bianca’s late dog, Peach, and Will’s cat, Jerry. The event featured performances from OPM artists and served a greater cause, a gesture that deeply touched the pair.
“We are eternally grateful for organizing this event. Napakaswerte namin sa kanila. Kasi they are doing this for a bigger cause, greater than the both of us. Nakakaproud magkaroon ng mga supporters na nagmamahal ng ganito,” Bianca happily shared.
“Grabe ‘yung ginawa nila itong event na ito. Not only for the two of us but of course sa isang malaking cause and ayon ‘yung isang bagay na gusto namin mangyari ni Bianca. Nakakatuwa at sobrang happy ako na nandito ako ngayon,” Will continued.
Bianca and Will admitted they never expected such a strong, heartfelt response from fans, especially after leaving the house.
“Sobrang overwhelming talaga na para bang kinukwestiyon ko yung sarili ko if totoo ba iyon kasi sa loob ng bahay sobrang overthink namin. Hindi namin alam kung paano kami magpapakita sa labas. Hindi namin alam kung paano kami sa labas, but the moment na nakita ko iyong outside world recently, sobrang saya ‘yung puso ko na makita ‘yung mga taong sumuporta at ipinapakita ‘yung pagmamahal nila sa amin,” Will confessed.
Bianca also shared, “Same with Will, sobrang overwhelming with all the love. Ako, masasabi ko, na lahat ng pagod namin, lahat ng self-doubt or ano mang obstacle na pinagdaanan namin sa bahay it's all completely worth it being here and everyone here is loving us just the way we are. That’s something that we are eternally so proud of and we promise that we won’t take that for granted.”
The duo was also surprised and moved by a song inspired by their tandem. Eliza Maturan’s original track “Ikaw, Ikaw, Ikaw” was written for WillCa.
“Gulat ako. ‘Yung friends ko nagsabi sa akin na may kanta kaming dalawa ni Bianca. Dati parang ito lang ‘yung pinapangarap ko na magawaan ako ng kanta, ngayon ito na. Sobrang nakakatuwa,” Will shared.
For Bianca, it was another dream come true, saying: “Pangarap ko lang masulatan ng kanta before and who knew na talagang sa PBB pa matutupad ito. Another dream come true! Thank you po, Ms Eliza! Kilig na kilig po ako ng napakinggan ko.”
“Ang ganda noong song and I’m such a huge fan of Miss Eliza talaga. ‘Museo’ pa lang. And I’m a big fan of OPM din so alam mo ‘yung feeling na kahit papaano may ambag ka na sa OPM!” she quipped, making Will laugh.
The duo also enjoys watching fan edits and video tributes, saying it’s one of the ways they feel the love and creativity of their supporters.
“I still can’t believe na ’yung mga suporta ay dumating hanggang sa favorite OPM artists namin. It’s so big big blessings to us. I’ve seen the edits, I’ve seen how creative the people are as well and to be supportive like that, it really means the world to us,” Bianca said.
Despite their busy schedules, including individual projects and an upcoming fan concert, Bianca and Will remain grounded and deeply appreciative of their supporters.
“Maraming maraming salamat po! Thank you for the love. You have no idea how much you truly ground us and how happy you made us, na talagang araw-araw mataba ang puso namin. We are very, very grateful to each and one of you,” Bianca expressed.
Will stated, “Maraming maraming salamat sa suporta na binibigay sa amin ni Bianca. Sana ay wag kayo magsawa na suportahan kami ni Bianca. Love you all!”
The two meaningfully ended their message, saying, “Mahal na mahal namin kayo! Kapit lang!”
