For Xyriel Manabat, spending a month inside the Pinoy Big Brother house was way beyond what she expected.

In a video shared by Star Magic on Saturday, May 31, Xyriel expressed her gratitude to her supporters for making it happen.

“Salamat dahil pinag-stay niyo ako ng a little bit longer sa in-expect ko,” she expressed. “Kasi to be honest, akala ko talaga one week lang ako tapos mapapaaway na ako, tapos ma-fo-force evict na ako (dahil) sa bunganga ko, pero I stayed for more than a month.”

The latest PBB evictee also thanked her supporters for fighting for her and her previous duo, Dustin Yu, during her first nomination.

“Thank you, guys. Mahal ko kayo. Sana after niyo ‘to mapanood, love niyo pa rin ako. Sana hindi magbago yung isip niyo as a supporter,” she said.

Known for her fun and loud personality which she showed inside the house, Xyriel promised her fans:

“Mag-iingay tayo lalo dito sa labas at magkita-kita tayo kapag may time.”

The Kapamilya actress hoped that her supporters gained lessons from her journey in the reality show.

“Sana nakapulot kayo ng maraming aral and maraming kwento, mga leksyon na dadalhin niyo sa pang-araw-araw niyo na buhay,” she said.

“Hindi ako si Kuya pero grabe ang words of wisdom ko noh? Medyo namamana ko na yun sa kaniya,” she added.

Emotions were high during the eviction of Xyriel and Kapuso actor Vince Maristela who both received the lowest vote percentage among the Kapamilya and Kapuso nominees, with 4.06% and 9.26%, respectively.

Xyriel burst into tears even prior to the announcement, sharing an emotional moment with her close friend and fellow nominee, River Joseph, who was the last one to be announced as safe from eviction.

Upon her exit from the house, Xyriel immediately rushed to PBB host Enchong Dee for a hug.

“Sinakto mo naman ang pagka-evict mo, pumasok ako today,” said Enchong, who was emotional himself.
