Celebrity couple Gabbi Garcia and Khalil Ramos opened up about the personal dreams they still hope to pursue in their respective careers.

In an interview with Karen Davila for her YouTube vlog, Gabbi revealed that becoming a beauty queen is something she has long aspired to do.

"Gusto ko talagang mag-beauty queen. Until now... At some point in my career, I really wanted to do it na. I just hosted Miss Universe [Philippines] a few days ago," she said.

However, Gabbi admitted that joining a pageant is not practical at this stage of her career.

"It gets difficult because of the back work. For example the contracts. I've been in the showbiz industry for 11 years of course I have engagements with brands, I have a network contract with GMA. I would have to give that all up just to join," the Pinoy Big Brother host explained.

"And if we're gonna think smart about it, it's not the smart thing to do, right? 'Yung pangarap na 'yun, kinda reaching for the stars na lang talaga kaya happy ako that I get to host Miss Universe [Philippines] now."

Meanwhile, Khalil shared his dream of breaking into international acting.

"I really want to live my potential as an actor. It's not impossible now. We saw it with Ms. Dolly (de Leon), with Liza (Soberano) recently so the Filipino presence in Hollywood and in other countries is very much aligned... I really want to take my talents elsewhere," he said.

The actor also expressed interest in becoming a filmmaker. "Later on in my life, I want to be a filmmaker. I want to direct and write," he stated.

In the same interview, the couple, who have been together for eight years, shared their thoughts on marriage.

They remarked that while marriage is in their future, they feel no pressure to rush into it.

"When it comes to marriage we talk about it... of course 'yun naman 'yung goal di ba... Pero there is no pressure, and we also don't pressure ourselves. People around us don't pressure us as well kasi alam naman namin na dun din naman papunta. We are just taking our time," Gabbi said.
