BINI’s Sheena revealed that she and the rest of the Nation's Girl Group initially thought the news of global pop star Ariana Grande noticing their TikTok post — featuring a viral trend using her song — was fake.
The post included the viral Kim Seon Ho smile trend, which featured both a group entry from BINI and a solo video by Sheena.
“Akala namin ng una scam,” Sheena said in an interview held in Pasay City. “Baka in-edit lang pic namin, dali lang kasi. So chineck namin totoo pala!”
Sheena added they are grateful they made it to the feed of the American singer and teased they will make more content.
“Shout out Ms. Ariana Grande! Thank you so much for acknowledging us, gagawin namin ulit,” she said.
