Fresh from celebrating her 40th birthday on the island of Amanpulo, Palawan last month, KC Concepcion continues her travels this year, this time in the Lion City of Singapore. The only daughter of former couple Sharon Cuneta and Gabby Concepcion chronicled her latest trip, starting it off with the scenic view from her plane seat.
In the post, she wrote, “Touchdown, Singapore! 🇸🇬 Greeted by Marina Bay Sands from my window seat~ and even got the same view from my Tita Nini’s balcony 🤩 Grateful for friends around the world, and for this country that always looks after my health and makes me feel safe. Time to explore! 💞 “

In another post containing a reel of what she did on her first night out in Singapore, KC visited the night market before enjoying some late night traditional dessert. In her post, she captioned, “Singapore nights, Chinatown lights! Snow Ice Chendol + Warm Almond Soup at 10pm? Ok-lah ✨🍧🌙 “
Last May 11, KC started off the day attending mass before having a laidback Sunday meal. “Easter Sunday well spent in Sing 🇸🇬🐣🌼 Jesus first (always), cappuccino after! Mass at the Cathedral of the Good Shepherd Singapore, Italian brunch at @chijmes.sg. Walked like it’s hot, prayed like a saint, ate like a queen 🤣😆”

The following day, KC shared that she visited one of the oldest heritage districts in Singapore, Arab Street which is known as a historic Muslim quarter with both traditional and contemporary shops and attractions.
In her post, KC wrote, “…honestly? I just fell into a cultural hole 😅 Started with a selfie… next thing I knew, I was deep-diving into hand-block printed Indian textiles, then treated to Turkish coffee ☕ and even dessert by fellow Pinoys who spotted me in the street, on my lil walk to the parking lot after dinner (aww, big thanks to Kuya Jopet of Anatolia Turkish & Lebanese Restaurant!)
"This street was once a major hub for spice traders, textile merchants, and the Malay-Muslim community. Now, it’s a whole vibe for lovers of travel and culture, like me. Did I plan to learn textile history and skip the hawker centers for Arab dinner? Nope! 😅 Did I leave with artisan Indian tablecloths for future dinner parties, and a suitcase full of stories? Absolutely!!! 🤍✈️
Afterwards, KC shared why she enjoyed eating at what is considered Singapore’s most historic hotels. She wrote, “‘Merienda’ at Raffles Singapore Got my fix of that British colonial architecture that I sooo love! Think: grand verandas, tall ceilings built for tropical air, white colonnades, perfect symmetry, lush courtyards ~ gah… 😍⛲️ I even found a little solo time by the watch shops. This hotel has hosted British officials, writers, literary legends… well, today, it’s just me 😇
"Fun fact: I actually lived in a small-but-cozy bedroom at Raffles Residences in Manila for 4 years. So stepping into the OG hotel (built under British rule in the 1800s) felt like a full-circle moment for me!”
After returning to the Philippines last week, KC shared in a recent post that she was scheduled to go to the hospital for her scheduled checkups. In the caption of her post last May 10, she wrote, “Rise n’ shine! 🌞 Off to get poked and prodded (aka medical checkups), but not without breakfast first~ because, hello, priorities. If you can, get those checkups in. Health is wealth, loves.”
