Former Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach recently went to Benguet to shoot episodes for her advocacy series.
The show, titled "Holding Space," is done in partnership with the volunteer organization LoveYourself and focuses on HIV awareness.
"What a truly unforgettable and meaningful time in Benguet with LoveYourself. We were there to shoot new episodes for our advocacy series 'Holding Space' and celebrate International Condom Day, continuing our mission to raise awareness about HIV," Wurtzbach said in an Instagram post.
"For International Condom Day, we wanted to push the conversation forward and empower one another to make safer, informed choices. Condoms aren't just a tool -- they're a symbol of self-respect, care, and responsibility," she added.
"Holding Space," which premiered online in 2021, continues Wurtzbach's efforts to raise awareness on HIV -- an advocacy she has held close to her heart since her pageant days.
The Miss Universe 2015 titleholder has also supported initiatives by organizations for children, the environment, and the LGBTQIA+ community.
