She thanked Ellen for standing up and giving others the courage to confront manipulation, saying, “Thank you because now I know that I am not the only one in this. And someone had the courage to step out and walk away.”

Ellen responded, writing: “I got so many messages and these are my tips. ❤️️”

Followed by posting her own list of tips:

“1. Screenshot faster than they can unsend.

2. Record like you’re filming a documentary. Know what really happened and review everything — they love to rewrite history evidence doesn't. They ’ll bend your reality and make you question your sanity.

3. Keep everything in writing. They love storytelling and playing the victim, but they hate receipts.

4. Back up your files like its the end of the world.

5. Make a timeline — their lies have seasons.

6. Stay calm.

7. Secure your phone. Change passwords.

8. Collect quietly. Don't disturb their delusion.

9. Gather witnesses. This strengthens your evidence.

10. Lawyer up. Protect yourself.

Collect the truth — and let them choke on it. 💛,” she ended.

She added in the next story: “And lastly, See a therapist & build a strong support system. Healing is power. ❤️”

As the issue between her and Derek continues to unfold online, Ellen has been addressing questions from followers. In an earlier Instagram story, she said Derek never apologized when she confronted him about the alleged cheating.

“He blames everything, everyone, but himself. He was able to convince his friends and people that it’s my postpartum,” she wrote.

Ellen also narrated that Derek believed an ex-girlfriend had placed a “kulam” or curse on him.

“He’s convinced that an ex-girlfriend made him kulam. All of a sudden there was this bowl of salt with garlic in it,” she said, describing how their helpers claimed it was placed for protection. Laughing, she added, “Blame it on the kulam.”

When a follower asked if she cried after learning the alleged truth, Ellen said she did not, rather, she felt validated. “Imagine all these years I felt like I was gaslighted. I was right; my intuition was right. And you know what, the truth no matter what, comes out in so many ways. So, there lumabas din,” she said.

In one of her more recent “receipts,” Ellen posted a video where allegedly Derek can be heard cursing at her. This came after the actor commented online denying he ever cursed her. “For your information I never cursed my wife mam!!! Ellen and I would always prank each other and we never got mad at each other,” Derek said in the comment.

In the clip Ellen uploaded, a voice is heard saying: “Napakaduwag mo! Puro ka lang salita. Iyan ang problema sa iyo. Go away! You, go avoid every f**king conflict in life!”

Ellen simply captioned the screenshot, saying: “Hay naku derek…”

As of this writing, Derek has yet to release a public statement regarding the allegations made by his wife.
