Family, celebrity friends, and fans are buzzing with excitement as celebrity couple Loisa Andalio and Ronnie Alonte appear to be taking their relationship to the next level.
On Instagram, Loisa posted a photo of herself with their fur baby Mike in an adorable snap that quickly drew attention not only for the cuteness factor, but for the large diamond ring visible in the shot. Fans immediately speculated that the longtime couple may finally be engaged.
“waaaahhh!! totoo baaa? 🥹✨,” a fan asked.
Another one expressed, “OMGGGGGGG pinagalaw na ang basooooo ni Ronnie hahaha.”
While neither Loisa nor Ronnie has confirmed the speculation, Ronnie playfully commented on the post, writing: “cutiee mikee! 😘.”
He also reshared the photo on his Facebook pages with captions: “wabyuu two! 😘 (I love you two)” and a heart and kiss emojis.

“Eto naaaa. Congratulations, sugarbaby & R2!!!! 🥹💖,” actress Alexa Ilacad said.
Ronnie’s relative, Alexiz Alonte also greeted: “Congratulations, Ate @iamandalioloisa & Kuya @iamr2alonte! 🥹❤️.”
“Congratulations @iamandalioloisa and R2 this is it.🫶🏻❤️,” actress and fellow Pinoy Big Brother alum Pamu Pamorada also commented.
Events organizer Princess Ramos also stated: “Awwwww 🥹 congratulations!!! So happy for you, R2 and Loisa dear!!! Love you both!!!!”
In a humorous twist, Ronnie reposted ABS-CBN’s Facebook post asking what the photo was about, captioning it: “bagong groom si Mike po.”
Loisa and Ronnie first revealed in a 2018 episode of Gandang Gabi Vice that they had already been in a two-year relationship at the time, just a week after publicly confirming their romance. This November, the couple is set to mark their 9th anniversary.
The couple also recently went viral after Loisa’s candid response in an interview on Think Talk Tea, where she expressed her hopes of settling down soon.
“Would you like to get married in the next 5 years?" the show’s host Kring Kim asked.
Loisa responded while looking at the camera, “Sana naman, oo. Kung okay lang naman. Kung okay lang, sa 9 years na 'to, hindi naman kita pinipilit. Walang sapilitan 'to ha,”
Ronnie then playfully reposted the clip on his Facebook page with caption: “tige. (sige).”
In the same interview, Loisa shared how she and Ronnie have been prioritizing investments and properties over luxury purchases.
"Kami ni Ronnie, kakatapos lang ng Hidden Santuaryo 'yung name niya... October lang, sa Laguna," Lois revealed. "So sa loob ng Biñan, may Hidden Santuaryo na pwede kang mag-relax, walang kapitbahay. As in, farm siya talaga. Two thousand square meters tapos 'yung bahay nasa 70 square meters, 'yung villas ay nasa 50 square meters mas napapaligiran ka ng nature talaga. Ang pwedeng matulog ay 16 pax. Tapos puwedeng mag-event 30 pax, kasi last time nag-birthday ang mommy ko roon at sister ko.”
The couple also acquired a beachfront property in Zambales: “Tapat siya mismo ng beach. ...Nabili namin siya existing resort na siya. Tapos tinutuloy lang namin siya ni Ronnie. So 'yun ang mga investment na mas dapat pagkagastusan.’
She added that she and Ronnie prefer long-term investments over luxury items, saying: “Yun ang gusto namin ni Ronnie, 'yung may goal. Hindi kami mahilig sa mga luxury na ganyan ...Tapos hindi ako mahilig bumili ng luho, wala. Mas property dapat, investment.”
The two were recently spotted together at the launch of Loisa’s beauty care brand Byfina, where Ronnie showed his full support.
Last year, Ronnie said in an interview with ABS-CBN News that Loisa is his “endgame,” even if they were not yet planning to settle down at the time.
“Kami ni Loisa enjoy kami, focused kami sa trabaho, makapag-ipon at makapag-invest pa. Eight years na kami this year. Kung mahal mo tao dapat may plano kayo, kung wala, maghiwalay na kayo,” Ronnie said in an interview with ABS-CBN News. “Siya na talaga, siya na, alam mo iyon.”
