The 36-year-old actress was among the celebrities who attended the launch of Acevedo's book "Moment To Moment," which is about clarity, compassion, and living with intention.

On the value of having a life coach, Reyes shared with ABS-CBN News, “It is extremely important to have a life coach in today's fast-paced world. There is social media. Everything is digitized. It consumes us. We have make time for ourselves. A life coach leads us through life. Things we haven't realized yet will fall into place once we talk about ourselves, our path, and our relationships with a life coach.”

“You need advice at every stage of your life. We all need someone to help us. We cannot be alone. It's difficult to bear the weight by yourself, especially if you're a career mom like me,” Reyes added.

What is the life advice or mantra she lives by? “Based on my experience, we sometimes overlook the little things in life. I've been working since I was 14. It is important to cherish every moment that you have. Sometimes we neglect those things,” she told ABS-CBN News.

Following the interview, Reyes allowed ABS-CBN News to photograph her with her rumored boyfriend. The two exited the venue, looking so sweet together.
