Kapamilya television personality Bianca Gonzalez expressed her excitement after the official announcement of the collaboration between ABS-CBN Studios and GMA Network for the 20th season of Pinoy Big Brother.
Hosting the contract signing event on Tuesday, January 28, Bianca shared her overwhelming joy at this historic milestone for the longest-running reality show in the Philippines.
“Honestly, it’s still very surreal. I woke up na parang hindi ako makapaniwala na it’s really happening but now na finally it’s done, mas nagsink in na siya pero I am excited for what’s to come,” Bianca shared with PUSH.

“The show has been so familiar to us for so many years and now may pinakabonggang twist ever so I’m excited,” she added.
Bianca is particularly excited about the inclusion of ABS-CBN’s Star Magic talents and GMA’s Sparkle artists as the upcoming housemates.
“I think wala nang ibang mas lalaking pang pasabog than seeing GMA Stars being housemates in the house because of course the opportunity has always only be to open auditions atsaka kapag celebrity edition, Kapamilya stars so exciting siya,” she expressed.
She is also thrilled to see the show for the first time being aired on the Kapuso network.
“Also on being aired on free TV on an entirely different network, GMA, sobrang bago noon sa amin,” she said.
As a former celebrity housemate and one of the members of “pamilya ni Kuya”, Bianca shared what upcoming celebrity housemates keep in mind during their stay inside the iconic yellow house.
“It’s for me to just have fun. Ayon naman, any edition, celebrity or not, it is to just have fun and make the most of the experience kasi literally it is once in a lifetime,” Bianca shared.
After officially sealing the deal, ABS-CBN executive Cory Vidanes expressed her gratitude for the collaboration, which marks the third partnership between the two media giants.
“We are very, very happy to announce that on the 20th year of 'Pinoy Big Brother,' we are doing this special collaboration with GMA. Thank you very, very much for welcoming us into this valuable partnership that will not only unite us but also bring together our Kapuso and Kapamilya fans, as well as our Sparkle and Star Magic artists. This is truly a historic moment,” Cory said.
She also assured the viewers that they will see a fresh and exciting edition for the special partnership.
“Rest assured to all our viewers and advertisers, we commit to giving you a very exciting, compelling, and enjoyable experience as we join forces with GMA and ABS-CBN. Maraming salamat, and we look forward to seeing you on GMA 7 soon,” Cory said.
GMA Senior Vice President for Programming, Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes, also shared her enthusiasm for the partnership.
“Our partnership with ABS-CBN has reached a new creative height — on TV, streaming, and in the movies, with the recently concluded record-breaking film 'Hello, Love, Again.' The next chapter should be something we’ve never done before, and here we are,” she said.
