Actress and host Dimples Romana recently took to social media to reflect on her experience raising her three children, sharing how she and her husband, Boyet Ahmee, have achieved their dreams as parents.

In an Instagram post, Dimples expressed gratitude for their children and the joy of watching them grow.

“A parent’s dream ✨🥹 Yes, we’ve been blessed to give birth to and raise all gorgeous three ❤️🫰 CONNECTION,” Dimples wrote.

She added that one of her favorite aspects of parenting is seeing "tiny versions of ourselves" in her children as they develop their unique personalities.

“One of my most favorite parts of being a parent is that we get the gift of getting to know tiny versions of ourselves, our kids growing up having their own ways and finding their own quirks and character as they grow older,” Dimples added.

She went on: “@boyetahmee and I have been blessed to have not one but three distinctly unique children who go about their lives in purely individual special ways 🥰.”

Dimples described how her children, eldest Callie (21), second child Alonzo (9), and youngest Elio (2), each connect with her and Boyet in different ways.

She noted that Callie’s special way of connecting is through thoughtful gestures.

“She was born quiet, reserved but also fierce and deep. She loves hard but not through words, but via actions,” she shared.

Dimples explained that Callie often remembers her family even when she's busy and far away, showing her love with small, meaningful gifts

“She will make sure you are remembered even and most especially when she is away, busy and doing 10,000 other more important things. She picks up a little trinket, something we like, hands it over quietly and for me, a HUGE testament of love is when one remembers you no matter how busy they get,” she remarked.

“With Ate Cal, her biggest way to connect is done with small, quiet gestures, but BIG in LOVE.”

Alonzo, on the other hand, expresses his connection through words.

“He’s kind and empathetic, he’s genuinely interested in getting to know people and always sensitive to how you feel. He’s a talker but that’s not his biggest strength,” she described.

She added. “It is his way of listening and being able to let you feel that you are heard. He says random I love yous and would ask you, genuinely how you feel.”

The youngest, Elio, connects through play.

“As for Elio, while we were having dinner with family, Elio began moving around the table, sneaking behind every chair, puts his hands and arms in between the columns of the back of the chairs and begins to tickle each one of us.

"Over and over, enjoying our every laugh and interaction with him, Elio connects through PLAY ❤️ Beautiful” she added.

She concluded her post by appreciating the unique ways each of her children connect with her.

In a past interview, Dimples shared that her parenting wisdom comes from personal experiences and loss.

“Wala namang panggagalingan ‘yong wisdom kundi pain. I have had many losses in my life to understand that blessings aren’t necessarily always things that are given to you, but also things and people who are taken away,” she shared.

She also spoke about her desire to raise independent and happy children.

“If you mess this up, that is one potentially sad human being na I don’t want anybody coming out of the house sad. I want my children to get out of my house independent, happy children. I want success, but not really their priority,” Dimples said,
