Kapamilya singers Sarah Geronimo and Bamboo decided to postpone their upcoming January 24 show at the SABAN Theater in Beverly Hills due to the ongoing Los Angeles wildfires. In a statement released earlier this week, the decision was made to give ample time to everyone to recuperate from the devastating wildfires that engulfed the southern part of Southern California.
Firefighters are still trying to control the wildfires that began earlier this month. Thousands of homes have been burned to the ground in this tragedy.

“Due to the ongoing wildfires in the greater Los Angeles area, we have made the difficult decision to reschedule the 'Sarah Geronimo X Bamboo' concert at SABAN Theater in Beverly Hills originally scheduled for Friday, January 24, 2025. The new date will be announced as soon as possible,” the statement wrote.
The management responsible for the Sarah Geronimo X Bamboo concert felt that it was best for rescheduling the highly-anticipated concert due to the unforeseen circumstances.
“We are grateful for the firefighters, EMT’s, police departments, and others that responded and continue to get these wildfires under control. The safety and well-being of our attendees, staff, and community remain our top priority, and considering the current circumstances, we believe rescheduling the event is the most responsible course of action,” the statement added.

Tickets for the postponed show will still be recognized at the new concert date. Meanwhile, the March 2 show slated to happen at the Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula California will still push through as announced.
“Sarah and Bamboo extend their love and concern for the people of Southern California and most especially to their fans. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during this challenging time.
