MANILA -- Actress Jennylyn Mercado turned to social media to share her birthday message for her husband Dennis Trillo, who turned a year older on Sunday, May 12.
On Instagram, Mercado greeted Trillo on his special day as she uploaded a cute photo of the actor on the beach.
Through hashtags, she referred to her husband as "my love" and her "ride or die."
"Happy birthday to the man who has stolen my heart and filled my life with so much love. 🎂🤍😘🎉 #birthdayboy #mylove #myrideordie," she captioned her post.
Mercado and Trillo tied the knot in an intimate civil wedding last November 2021.
The celebrity couple welcomed their first child together in April 2022.
Both have respective teenage sons from their previous relationships. Mercado has Alex Jazz with actor Patrick Garcia, while Trillo has Calix with former actress Carlene Aguilar.
Currently, Mercado is set to release her comeback album under Star Music.
