MANILA — Kapamilya comedian Melai Cantiveros is featured in Netflix's promotional material for "Avatar: The Last Airbender" ahead of its release on Thursday.
"Avatar: The Last Airbender" stars Filipino-Canadian actor Gordon Cormier as Aang as he revives and starts his quest to master all four elements and bring peace to all nations.
In the more than 2-minute clip, Cantiveros plays a flight attendant giving viewers humorous safety reminders.
“Avatar: The Last Airbender” is based on the animated series of the same name which aired on Nickelodeon from 2005 to 2008.
It is set to be released on Netflix on February 22.
