MANILA -- It truly takes a village to produce quality films. Aside from the directors and writers, films require funds for locations, equipment, and other expenses.
To support the eight chosen film projects for CinePanalo 2025, CMB Film Services, Inc., a provider of lighting and camera equipment in the Philippine film and television industry, has partnered with Puregold CinePanalo to grant equipment rental.
This collaboration will provide grantees with access to top-tier resources and encourage them to push their innovative ideas to new heights, with the goal of empowering both seasoned and aspiring directors.
As part of this partnership, CMB Film Services will collaborate closely with filmmakers and festival organizers to determine the rental terms and equipment to be rented. This includes attesting to the fact that all supplied equipment satisfies all relevant safety and quality requirements, is delivered on schedule to the filming sites, and is kept up to date.
With more than 30 years of experience, CMB Film Services has established itself as a reliable brand in the film and television by continuously offering the resources and know-how needed to elevate regional films to a global level.

The second edition of CinePanalo returns with the theme "Mga Kwentong Panalo ng Buhay." Aspiring participants and moviegoers will be delighted to know that the festival is now offering an increased grant of P3,000,000 to eight full-length films from professional and amateur directors, as well as P150,000 to 25 promising short films by student filmmakers.
Submissions for this year's festival closed in July and August, and selections for film projects are presently being considered. With the Puregold CinePanalo Awards Night slated for March 19, Filipino filmmakers will be recognized and celebrated once more for their exceptional work.
